## Product description

CMC 15308 is a silicone gap filler with extremely high thermal conductivity for thermal connection of e.g. SMD packages and capacitors in automotive applications, in medicine engineering, laptops and many more. CMC 15308 is electrically insulating and very resistant against ageing and the influence of chemicals. The natural tackiness of the silicone elastomer makes pre-assembly easy, and its softness and flexibility minimize thermal resistance already at low pressures.
