## Product description

CMC 15310 is a one-sided self-adhesive silicone film for thermal bonding of e.g. MOSFETs and IGBTs to cooling surfaces. It combines outstanding thermal conductivity with good electrical insulation, mechanical stability and easy handling. The silicone is resistant to aging and the surface is highly conformable to provide optimum thermal contact.
