The Technical Data Sheet is amended from time to time at our own and sole discretion – if you wish to receive a current version of this document, please contact your account manager at Loparex. However, the specified physical properties are subject to storage in original packaging and according to Loparex’ storage instructions (including but not limited to storage in clean and dry pallets under ambient conditions of temperature and humidity, away from direct sunlight, heat, dampness and other sources of ignition). Unless otherwise agreed, the product is storable and may be processed during a period of up to 6 month as from the date of manufacture (“shelf life”) if and to the extent that the material is stored in original packaging and in accordance with Loparex’ storage instructions. Information about the product (e.g. weights, dimensions and technical data) shall only be considered approximate. They shall not be guaranteed quality features; they shall instead be a description or characterization of the product. Deviations from the agreed quality corresponding to normal business standards shall be permissible. Loparex can neither ascertain nor warrant that the products are suitable for any specific purpose and / or application chosen by the purchaser. Instead, the purchaser shall be responsible to test and analyze the products whether the products are suitable for the purchaser’s end product and application.
